Worst service experience ever. While my advisor was amazing, the quality of the recall repairs was unacceptable. After 3 of the 5 recalls were repaired, I was called to pick up my vehicle. Not only wou amazing, the quality of the recall repairs was unacceptable. After 3 of the 5 recalls were repaired, I was called to pick up my vehicle. Not only would it not start (one of the remaining recalls fuel relay) neither my driver or passenger seatbelts were attached after “fixing” a headliner fire hazard issue. I drove back the next day after being told it was ready again and when I got there, there was a random part in the floorboard, grease on the rear and front seats, trash in the backseat, dirty handprints all over the visors and headliner. Plus the trim at the windshield was pushed in when they fixed the seatbelts. After a third attempt of picking the vehicle up, there was a decent attempt to clean it. The problem is when I went to open the backdoor, the door trim fell off from the passenger side seatbelt repair. I’m really not looking forward to taking the vehicle back for the other two recalls. If this is the quality work on things I can see, how was the work on the cylinder head and brake booster performed? Now I don’t trust the vehicle or the people servicing it. My advisor was great. The service was not. More

Quick and professional Had looked at vehicles for about a year and was about to buy when Royal Gate closed.
