Recall and service I brought my jeep in yesterday for the airbag recall. They noticed a couple of minor issues during the maintenance check and wanted to keep it overnig I brought my jeep in yesterday for the airbag recall. They noticed a couple of minor issues during the maintenance check and wanted to keep it overnight. I didn't hear back from them for 24 hours. Was told it had a leaking oil pan and worn out belt tensioner and they can't fix it till Monday. Thankfully I have the lifetime warranty and free loaner car. This place is slow and has terrible communication with the customers. Three minor repairs should not require 4 days. More

At the time that I received the text, I was only a couple blocks from the dealer. I stopped in an was able to get immediate service without an appointment. Tony (porter) greeted me in the driveway and wrote down my vehicle information. He then gave it to me and told me to go inside and give the information to Amanda (service writer), while he drove my vehicle onto the service rack. About 20 minutes or less later my vehicle was ready to go. Oil changed, Tire Rotation and Safety Check done. You can't find a more efficient process, and I would know, a major part of my job of over 40 years was to eliminate waste and increase efficiently. More
