"OJO" TUVE UNA MALA EXPERIENCIA CON ESTE DEALER COMPRÉ UN AUTO HACE SOLO UNOS MESES Y LE COMENCÉ A SENTIR UN RUIDO EN UNA DE LAS PUERTAS LO QUE ME LLEVÓ DE VUELTA HASTA EL DEALER PARA VER LO QUE PASABA EST AUTO HACE SOLO UNOS MESES Y LE COMENCÉ A SENTIR UN RUIDO EN UNA DE LAS PUERTAS LO QUE ME LLEVÓ DE VUELTA HASTA EL DEALER PARA VER LO QUE PASABA ESTUVE A LA ESPERA DE LA REVISION DEL AUTO ALLI APROXIMADAMENTE UNAS 4 HORAS CUANDO AL FIN DALE EL COMPAÑERO QUE ME RECIBIÓ Y ME EXPLICA QUE EL PANEL DE LA PUERTA TIENE ALGO PARTIDO POR DENTRO Y NO LO CUBRE LA GARANTIA QUE TENIA QUE PAGAR 1200 POR UN PANEL NUEVO Y 200 POR LA MANO DE OBRA UN TOTAL DE 1400 DOLARES POR LA REPARACION DE UN AUTO CON TRES MESES DE SACADO DEL DEALER Y SIN CUBRIR POR LA GARANTIA YO CON MI DECEPCUON ME FUI DE ALLI NO DISPUESTO A PAGAR ESA CANTIDAD DE DINERO E INCONFORME ME PUSE A INDAGAR SOBRE EL RUIDO Y RESULTA QUE EL RUIDO LO HACINA UNA PEQUEÑA PIEZA DE PLÁSTICO QUE ESTÁ DEBAJO DE LA MANECILLA PARA ABRIR LA PUERTA QUE CUBRE UN TORNILLO QUE ESTA AHÍ ESTA PEQUEÑA PIEZA QUE NO AJUSTA BIEN ERA LA CAUSANTE DE ESTE RUIDO Y ME IBA A COSTAR 1400 DOLARES QUE HICIERON CON MI AUTO 4 HORAS AHI DENTRO EN EL DEALER COMO ES POSIBLE QUE ME HIBIESEN QUERIDO COBRAR ESA CANTIDAD DE DINERO SIN TENER LA PUERTA NADA DE LO QUE DECÍAN QUE HONESTIDAD DE LAS PERSONAS EN ESTE DEALER REALMENTE SE PUEDE CONFIAR EN DEJAR UN AUTO AHÍ EN LAS MANOS DE ESTAS PERSONAS AHORA TENGO MIEDO HASTA DE LLEVAR EL CARRO A HACERKE HASTA LOS CAMBIOS DE ACEITE LE HARAN LOS CAMBIOS DE ACEITE? When you look at the paper and numbers they put the trade in value for 30,000 which isn’t what I was initially told and I have a witness who can vouch when they said $33,000. It’s really disappointing for me not be able to trust to go buy a car anymore I’m in love with the truck I got but really dissatisfied with the transaction. I wouldn’t recommend my friends or family to come here. More

I get it this is business but I think they should have been straight up with me in saying look we can't give you that number of what you asking for in the trade in value. I was promised $35,000 for my tru been straight up with me in saying look we can't give you that number of what you asking for in the trade in value. I was promised $35,000 for my truck and ended up only getting $30,000 on paper I have a witness that was with me that day and we both sow when the deal started they were going to give me $33,000 but once I was signing I told them hey let me think about it and they decided to give me $2000 more so I said yes.
