Service Department Nightmare Bought my fourth new F-250 diesel from Villa Ford, Ford of Orange in January and had problems with Power on take off. Took it to service and was told Bought my fourth new F-250 diesel from Villa Ford, Ford of Orange in January and had problems with Power on take off. Took it to service and was told they could not find any issues and their computer showed no issues, so there was nothing they could do even though they Knew something was wrong. I had to take my truck to another facility to get it fixed. Very Poor customer Service. More

Excellent service I had to travel 4 1/2 hours to get to the dealership to get the truck I purchased from Villa Ford. I spoke to Wes the salesman I worked with a few day I had to travel 4 1/2 hours to get to the dealership to get the truck I purchased from Villa Ford. I spoke to Wes the salesman I worked with a few days before heading down. I let him know that I was serious about purchasing the truck and he had paperwork ready for me ahead of time and when I showed up, the truck was cleaned and fueled up. I got the paperwork and financing done and was in and out and back on the road within an hour and a half. It was the fastest I have gotten out of a dealership when purchasing a vehicle. I really enjoyed my experience and would take the drive down to Villa Ford again. More
