Fixed it I have taken my truck to the same dealer for a long time and never had any problems. I have had a rear end noise that they told me was tire noise, too I have taken my truck to the same dealer for a long time and never had any problems. Experience with Villa Ford and Randy Excellent customer service on Randy's part. I took my 2015 F150 SuperCrew Lariat in for some body alignment issues and a screeching noise coming from Excellent customer service on Randy's part. did not complete the job I went in for my initial service. I also had problem with the drivers seat. After the car was there for about 6 hours they called and asked if I could I went in for my initial service. I also had problem with the drivers seat. After the car was there for about 6 hours they called and asked if I could leave it overnight in order to fix the seat. I said no. Then about 2 hours later they called and said the did not have the parts to fix the seat and I would have to bring it back. On the paper work it only references the call to keep the car overnight.
