VERY UPSET, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! You Had my car for 2.5 weeks. My navagatior runs like xxxx now! Not accurate on completion date. Pay that much, shouldn't have issues. Never had these problems before. Navagatior seems to have shifting problems, and is stiff when going into gear. When acceleration the car is jerky. Should be smooth. I just paid that much for you to break my car. service department not good. Lies when car will be ready. Picked up my car and a coke exploded in side, no one cleaned it left it in sticky as xxxx all over. Had to complain before it was cleaned Yet again I have to go back to see if they can fix what they broke. Not a happy custome. If you have an expensive car don't bring it here, More

The vehicle was purchased August 1, 2015, and I just put on a little over 3000 miles since the purchase, but decided to get the oil changed after driving it for a year. The service advisor came to my car as soon as I stopped in service area. I waited in the customer area and it didn't take long to complete the job. The service advisor explained what all was done and was very courteous and friendly and thanked me for the business. I love Villa Ford.............. More
