My service advisor, Domingo Naranjo, was excellent. He was polite, friendly, professional, and really knew cars. He properly diagnosed the coolant leak that was leaving, stains all over my driveway. H He was polite, friendly, professional, and really knew cars. He properly diagnosed the coolant leak that was leaving, stains all over my driveway. He told me it came from A crack in the intake manifold, which apparently was made out of plastic in my car. Stopping the leak required, replacing the intake manifold which is a big job. But he scheduled the job right away, and I was done in a couple of days. So I was very pleased with the service provided me by Domingo. Incidentally, your other service advisors that I have worked with over the years. I’ve also been excellent.. So I am very pleased with Villa Ford in that regard. My only complaint is that the bill seemed awfully high to me. But the important thing is the leak has been fixed and so I don’t have to worry about it anymore. I will be writing a letter to forward regarding the use of plastic intake manifolds. Apparently they are a source of recurrent problems in the cars in which they’ve installed.
