Good morning, Bill. As we've mentioned before, there seems to be some confusion as to what happened. After speaking to you 3 times on the phone, as well as direct messaging you, you never gave us opportunity to help you. We’re sorry we couldn’t get you into our service department the exact minute you called. Our sales manager went above and beyond to help arrange for you to have an appointment for this week, when we actually didn’t have availability until the 4th. We understand the need to get into service with a check engine light on, so please do not discredit our attempt to help. We even called local ford dealers to see if they could help, but they were all 2 weeks out. We appreciated your business and hope you have a great day.
