Bought a brand new 2021 F150 from Davidson Ford of Watertown, NY. Transmission started acting up, called and scheduled an appointment since it’s still under warranty. Dropped the truck off, they calle Watertown, NY. Transmission started acting up, called and scheduled an appointment since it’s still under warranty. Dropped the truck off, they called me back and said technician didn’t come in, told her I would come get it, half hour drive there and back. Lady calls back and said they got someone else to look at it and it has issues and the tech wants to keep it overnight. I expressed I can’t go without a vehicle, I still have to go to work. That’s the whole reason of buying a new truck, so you don’t have these issues. She told me there is nothing they can do, they have no loaner vehicles. Told her I would work something out and find a ride to work. Next day she calls and says the transmission has issues and they need to order them but I can come get it and drive it for now until the parts come in. They close at 530, leave work to get there by 5. I show up and the lady says they are closed, they are closing early. Another lady says I’m good she forgot to call me and let me know. She has me sign the paperwork and says someone will bring the truck out front. Go out front waiting for my truck as I see everyone leave. I wait 30 minutes, no truck. Talk to a sales rep, said he would go see what’s going on, 10 minutes go by and he comes back and ask me if I have my spare set of keys. Finally get my truck thanks to the sales rep. Very unprofessional establishments… will never buy a vehicle there again.. More
