Service was quick, service associate, Chris was great, nice waiting area. Where Acura falls short in regards to the RDX is that scheduled maintenance services is not explained anywhere, you have to rely nice waiting area. Why can't Acura provide specific info as to what is typically required at mileage levels? When I look at the service I paid for on a car with less than 16,000 miles I question why I need my brake fluid changed at ~15,600 miles and my rear differential fluid replaced at ~12,600 miles, it seems these are just done to generate revenue. Please explain to me why a car with less than 16,000 miles needs these services. This is what I get when I search online "Maintenance schedules for the 2019 Acura RDX selected are not available online. Please check your Owner Manual," There is no info explained maintenance in the owner's manual either. This is just ridiculous and a complete dis-service to Acura RDX owners More
