I have had my Acura cars serviced at Davis Acura for many, many years. I have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership. This is by far, the worst experience I have had to date. The service represen many, many years. I have purchased 2 vehicles from your dealership. This is by far, the worst experience I have had to date. The service representative mislead me into thinking he could reduce the price of the repairs for my vehicle, i.e. "I may be able to shave a little off the top," is what he said. When he put me into the loaner car, the gas tank was on empty. He told me that he would cover the cost of the gas replacement when I picked up my vehicle. When I came to pick it up and turn in the loaner car, the service person covering the desk knew nothing about it. I called Acura today to speak to the general manager. The service person told me that he would "pass it on" to the manager, but I haven't yet received a call back. I have previously worked with Rich Tartar, Chris Yates, Bob Diaz and others at Davis Acura and their service was always top notch. What happened? More
