I didn’t like the process of giving the option to purchase additional coverage for my vehicle after I had made arrangements to purchased the trucks. I had to make arrangements with my financial institution to get additional monies. I should have been given the opportunity during the initial sales of the vehicle. The delay in wrapping up my sales ( paperwork) could have been avoided. My overall experience was good. More

But when I came to your collision center, I was greeted promptly and appropriate concern was given about the state of my car. I cannot remember the name of the gentleman—older, slender, glasses. Ashley, the receptionist, was sweet and never sounded annoyed when I would call to check on the status of my car. Ralph did a great job communicating with me and worked hard to navigate my insurance company and trying to find parts during this time of parts scarcity. Overall good experience! More

Salesman gave me the run around, was slow on updates regarding, wasn't present upon pick, didn't seem concerned that I was stuck in another state as he never submitted for transport. After I picked my car up it stopped working ( the same day) had to sirt in the hot sun to have a rep pick me up for a longer vehicle. After car was "fixed" I had to pay "deductible" after being told I wouldn't have to worry about any cost ($50). I felt mislead, helpless and was left confused. This was my first time financing a car and all my questions were not answered in an understanding way. I love the car yet displeased. More
