Called to make an appointment for a safety recall fix. Service person said appointment was to see a service person and not the time the vehicle would be taken into the shop. He stayed that it may take an hour to get into the shop. Brought vehicle to shop an hour before morning appointment. Shop was already busy. Got to talk to service fairly quickly. Once again I was told it may take two hours for a software upgrade as the vehicle may not get into the shop prior to the appointment. We waited at the shop and thankfully it was done within an hour. I did not appreciate being told that an appointment really meant nothing in regards as to when my vehicle would actually get into the shop. Do I really need to schedule a time to talk with a service person?? No, I need to schedule a time to get my vehicle fixed. Service person at shop was nice and I was thankful that they got it done in an hour. More

Not Impressed, Video revealed that I had a screw in one of my tires. I ask for the tire to be repaired. I was informed that your dealership could not repair tires. I'm from Georgia so I spent the next few of my tires. I ask for the tire to be repaired. I was informed that your dealership could not repair tires. I'm from Georgia so I spent the next few hours driving around Gainesville trying to find someone to repair my tire. Finally, got the tire repaired. No, help from Davis! Went in with a brake issue in addition to my scheduled service. Reported an intermittent metal on metal grinding in the right rear caliper.
