When I arrived and entered the door 2-3 people greeted me. The service lady walked with me what I needed done to my car. She walked with me to the waiting room. Offered coffee and water. Service was good and advisor did a good job in explaining the issue. I was in sticker shock over the cost. When service was performed the cost for that was almost $500 for approx 2 hours on service.
