Two hours for a scheduled 8:30 a. m. weekday oil change was excessive. Quoted me double the price for the oil change ("about $200," when actual price was $94 including tax and fees). Adviser also recommended an extra service that I literally had already completed at my last oil change a few months earlier at this same dealership, which he confirmed when he I mentioned this. Definitely got the ick they were pushing to upsell. I've had better experiences here in the past, so maybe this was an exceptionally bad day for them? More

My sales person was Maddie. I cannot say enough of great things about her. She was the best sales person I ever met. I have purchased at least 4 times .
