Oil change was completed, but it took 2 hrs and 20 minutes. Also noticed many of our controls in car had been altered. Such as the ac/heat and such. Unfortunately, my 2021 car needed to be serviced 2 times in a month and only had the car for a month. I do not blame the service department. I blame the quality of the dealership that did not check to ensu in a month and only had the car for a month. I do not blame the service department.
