Repairs were completed, but pricing transparency was disappointing. I was charged for full front and rear brake service and then billed again for a left rear axle seal repair, despite clear overlap in l disappointing. I was charged for full front and rear brake service and then billed again for a left rear axle seal repair, despite clear overlap in labor (rear drum and shoe removal). I specifically discussed this overlap with my service advisor and was told there would be an approximate $95 labor adjustment; however, that adjustment did not appear on the final invoice I paid. The total bill was $2,263.62, and follow-up contact with the service manager received no response. At dealer pricing, I expect clearer communication and accurate billing. More
