I called at 2:30, 3, then 3:48 on April 28th to schedule service for my SUV.. Each time, I was transferred to 'Kimberly", and each time I received voice mail, and each time left a message. I rarely write reviews, but our experience with Davis-Moore was so positive, I feel I must do so. The "Check Engine Light" of our Tahoe came on and the engine started running rough as we entered K Davis-Moore was so positive, I feel I must do so. The "Check Engine Light" of our Tahoe came on and the engine started running rough as we entered Kansas on our way home to the Minneapolis area from Arizona. We chose D-M because of its location. When we called ahead, they agreed to make time to do a preliminary assessment whenever we arrived. That assessment revealed a serious issue. Knowing how important it was for us to get home for Easter, they got right on it the next morning and had us on our way by 3:00 pm. I went looking for a newer Tahoe and from the moment he came up to me, he acted like I was beneath him. He reluctantly showed me the car and acted as if I was wasting his time. I asked if I could drive it and he had the nerve to ask if I was taking it to my husband to get his "OK with it". I have always made my own money and never needed my husband's permission to buy anything. He kept staring me up and down the entire test drive. It made me so uncomfortable, I couldn't wait to leave. It just makes me sick that people " like that" still have a job. I'll make sure to tell everyone how he treated me when they mention Davis-Moore. More

Time consuming I made an appointment well in advance to come in on Saturday. We got there 10 minutes early to make sure we were on time. All we needed was an oil ch I made an appointment well in advance to come in on Saturday. We got there 10 minutes early to make sure we were on time. All we needed was an oil change. From the time of our appointment, we spent an extra hour and a half until the truck was completed. The only reason we came here was because we bought the truck from here. The service was not very friendly, There was an old broken toys for kids to play with, and it was very dirty floors inside. I will definitely not be returning for any scheduled maintenance unless things get better. After working for Davis Moore previously, this was very shocking to experience. More
