In speaking with Tim, it appears that this issue has been resolved. Sounds like it was a miscommunication on our part between 3 employees and 2 departments. My first review I sent was not saying anything bad about the company I was only stating our experience, our sales rep Nathan Brown was excellent, he went out of his way to make everything go smoothly, and that any concerns or things that needed attention were taken care of. I will definitely buy from Nathan again and shop with Davis Moore.

My name is Allison. I find it very discouraging that because I am woman you try to discredit me. You tried to find me on social media and I wasn't in your system??? Some people exist in this world without Facebook or Twitter. If I am in your "system", please remove all of my information. Perhaps your manager should spend more time training his employees that woman deserve respect and shouldn't be treated like a piece of meat when they come to buy cars.

Allison, thank you for your response. We are not trying to discredit you at all and we didn't try to find you on social media. The reference about social media was that with the user name you chose to use on Dealer Rater (in this case the social media outlet referred to) gives us no indication who you are so we have no way to cross reference you in our system so that we can be the one to reach out and try to resolve this issue. That is why we had to ask you to reach out to our General Manager Mark at 316-749-4047. We have no way to remove all of your information from our system per your request without knowing who you are. So once again please reach out to Mark so that we can try to resolve this issue with you along with getting your information so that we know who to remove. Also our General Manager is trying to use this as a training moment to make sure something like this doesn't happen again, but would like all the details so that he can know how to best work with his team on this issue. We expect every customer male/female, gay/straight to be treated with the utmost respect because without our customers we do not have a job. Thank you and sorry again for the issue.
