I was hoping to buy a new VW Tiguan (my 3rd) and tried to do so at Cochran VW. Cochran was a miserable experience -- they were rude and almost non responsive. I left there and went to Moon VW and within a do so at Cochran VW. Cochran was a miserable experience -- they were rude and almost non responsive. I left there and went to Moon VW and within a few days had purchased a new vehicle. Moon VW is the antithesis of what you'd expect of a car dealership. Professional, communicative and efficient. I worked with salesperson/Isaac. He is a gem. HIghly recommend -- and I'll buy my next car at this dealership. More
