They made a Horrible day at another dealership disapear!!! After a HORRIBLE experience at an Arrigo Dealership in South Florida where they Sold to another customer my custom ordered Jeep... I found online that Dayton Andrews a Car that matched what I wanted... So I called the dealership in St. Petersburg Florida. When I called Mike T-Man answered the phone I explained the situation. Mike went above and beyond and offered me more for may trade and matched everything ARRIGO was offering me at the end of the day he came back at a total of $1,500 less than Arrigo in the entire Deal… This is someone who did not need to compensate me for someone else mistake. I decided to immediately get on my car and do the 4 hour drive… I got to Dayton Andrews Dodge Chrysler Jeep in St. Petersburg, Florida. when I got there about 4:15pm My car was parked up front. I met with Mike who was extremely friendly and professional after processing everything then to financing with Donna who was also friendly and professional. The entire process was fast and painless, they gave me a better deal than Arrigo. While I was there the General Manager Keith Donahue and Inventory Manager Melanie Sizemore both welcomed me and apologized for having to go through my situation and having to drive 4 hours to what I replied that it was worth the drive and thank them for having the car I wanted available and giving me a great deal on it. The staff at Dayton Andrews Dodge Chrysler Jeep in St. Petersburg, Florida changed to what was a HORRIBLE DAY into a GREAT DAY. My Suggestion to anyone in South Florida wanting to buy a car STAY AWAY FROM ANY ARRIGO DEALERSHIP!!! Save yourself the headache! and to me a 4 Hour Drive to Dayton Andrews Dodge Chrysler Jeep in St. Petersburg, Florida is worth the drive! More

Bad service Took my car for an oil change. Also needed the windshield wiper squirter fixed. My car is 8 years old and they said I needed power steering flush and Took my car for an oil change. They said the wiper part wasn't available but could be fixed. They charged me $118 to "fix" it and it still doesn't work right. It still doesn't work right. Also the next day realized they never reset the oil change notice light. All this cost me $313. Not very happy with their "service." More
service manager is "ok" with wrong diagnosis. On 4-29-16 my 2015 Dodge Ram 4500 was taken to Dayton Andrews Dodge in Clearwater Fl due to leaking antifreeze. A pressure test was performed by thei On 4-29-16 my 2015 Dodge Ram 4500 was taken to Dayton Andrews Dodge in Clearwater Fl due to leaking antifreeze. A pressure test was performed by their service dept. for a charge of $ 136.87 (a 8.92 misc. charge was for rags, per service mgr. Michael Bloomfield). The invoice provided states -- Pressure tested and found coolant leaking from hose. Recommended: Replacement of coolant hose. Based upon this written diagnosis and outrageous proposed price to fix I ordered the radiator hose and went to a private mechanic. Upon doing so I was advised that there was NO leak in my radiator hose, the problem was a result of a crack in the seal of the reservoir. I contacted Dayton Anddrews Dodge service manager M. Bloomfield and advised him of their WRONG diagnosis. His response to me was to say O.K. I also advised Mr. Bloomfield that their estimate of $ 698.81 to flush the coolant system, replace the hose and replace coolant was preposterous ....which is why I will never take my autos there or buy one there !!!!!!!! He took us to the lot and showed us a Jeep Grand Cherokee which we drove around the area. We did not plan on making a decision on purchasing a vehicle on the visit, however, we liked the vehicle and the offer that was made we decided to purchase the Jeep. We think Thomas has mental telepathy. he showed us one vehicle and we drove it off the next day. We give the dealership and Thomas a five star rating. More
Transmission Issue I have a cod start issue where the vehicle lunges forward. The Service employees are incompetent and lazy. Especially the Serivce Mgr Gary and the Service Dir Ron. How they have service related jobs is amazing. I called Chrysler and opened a case. It's been open awhile now. Chrysler said I had to call the dealer and get the name or contact the District Mgr. Gary, said he could not give me that info but he could take my info and give it the District Mgr. A week passes and still no contact so I leave Gary, Ron and Keith, the GM messages. I also called Chrysler again. I was told that Ron would call me back. Ron calls and says I would not get a call from the District Mgr, they could not duplicate the problem and that without any check engine lights on, they cannot help. Its a 2015 Grand Cherokee Laredo. The issue started after my first oil change at the dealership with 5,550 mile on the vehicle. It is amazing that the dealer and the manufacturer simply will not take ownership or responsibility and will continue to give you the run around. I am not going to waste my time about their service employees. What a joke Do not buy or service here - unless you have unlimited time on your hands and like interacting with the incompetent!! More
