In case that would be the outcome, we looked briefly at a new Prius with Justin Astrin that day and after discussion at home, etc. came back two days later and bought a new Prius LE with AWD and safety features not available on a used one we were also considering. Although we would have been happier to get some more tradein value to the old Prius, our experience with Justin and Dayton Toyota was excellent. More

Only one recommendation - because I have a bike rack on my RAV4, I couldn’t have a car wash. Would have loved at least a partial car wash. More

Excellent Sales and Service but not finance experience Justin our Salesman was very well informed and easy to deal with. Second car we have purchased with him and would be more than happy to deal with him Justin our Salesman was very well informed and easy to deal with. While the Financing portion of the process went very quickly (Note; last time was a very very long process) it was definitely too much of a hard sell to purchase the upgrade packages. The Finance person (Believe his name was Jason) actually challenged us asking "How much do you spend when you go out for dinner" to almost make us feel like we waste our money on other things as opposed to adding the upgrades. A real turnoff after a great experience with Justin. More

The overall purchase experience was beyond expectations, and we are very happy with the post sale support.
