15000 mile service call Everything happened as planned and all issues were resolved. Only one item was not resolved and that was the owners manual. Vehicle was purchased at Sun Toyota in FL and was advised to get it corrected with them. Also, platinum wheels are plated just touching a curb causes the rim to flake, looks terrible, too cheap of construction for paying a stiff price for this Highlander. Take this as a complaint to Toyota. This dealership is getting better on every visit. Thank you for listening to me More

That Extra Mile I had an excellent experience buying a new 2018 Rav4 at Dayton Toyota. After 3 weeks I had the unfortunate experience of a 250 pound Deer hit my Rav4 I had an excellent experience buying a new 2018 Rav4 at Dayton Toyota. After 3 weeks I had the unfortunate experience of a 250 pound Deer hit my Rav4 in the DARK at 45 miles an hour. I never saw it coming! It took a month to repair! I had Dayton Toyota apply a protective coating to my Rav4 for added protection against small scratches and dents. Half the Rav4 had to be repainted and my Insurance policy did not cover the cost of the protective coating. When I talked to Brian Hyneman at Dayton about my experience, he spoke on my behalf to the Manager and surprised me for SURE! They went that EXTRA MILE and reapplied the protective coating at NO CHARGE! A wonderful gesture of kindness and commitment to it's customers. I would definitely buy another vehicle from Dayton Toyota and recommend the dealership to my friends. More
