No pressure, gave us exactly what we asked for We went into the dealership with the intention of driving the vehicle we were looking at. We were clear that we were "not buying today". Justin was accepting of that and did not pressure us at all. His boss came over to make sure we were satisfied with our drive and asked a few questions which led us to chatting about a particular color of the vehicle we wanted. Negotiating was easy, trade in value was a little less than I wanted but it was acceptable. The process was easy and Justin kept us in the loop of what was going on with the order for my new vehicle. Beth followed up multiple times and assured all the accessoies we purchased were installed in a timely fashion. Omar was very professional with the financing end of the purchase.
