Terrible customer service! I can only begin by saying do NOT go to this dealer! My husband and I drove 2 hours on two separate occasions in hopes of getting a vehicle we were ve I can only begin by saying do NOT go to this dealer! My husband and I drove 2 hours on two separate occasions in hopes of getting a vehicle we were very interested in. After speaking with a salesman extensively before we made the drive, he assured us the vehicle was in great shape. When we got there, the vehicle had a dent/deep scratches on the rear side plus multiple scratches all over the vehicle. After leaving the first time and talking with two different salesmen over a few days, we decided to drive back to dealer after they assured us everything was fixed.. It certainly was not! When we finally came to an agreement and were ready to sign papers, the finance person got very angry because we decided to finance through someone else. After some discussion he told us he was NOT giving us what he previously quoted us on our trade in vehicle and stormed out. Very very unprofessional and quite disgusting for a dealership to treat customers with such disrespect! More
