THE place to get the Toyota you need at a good price I had a great experience at Dayton Toyota last week, where I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla from Ralph and Barry. Ralph is the sales manager there. He I had a great experience at Dayton Toyota last week, where I bought a 2016 Toyota Corolla from Ralph and Barry. Ralph is the sales manager there. He asked Barry Chaskes to help me. Barry was a very friendly and experienced sales rep., who asked a lot of good questions and suggested a few cars that would fit my needs. One of them was a 2016 Corolla S Plus on display on the sales floor. Right away, they gave me a 'cut-to-the-chase' good deal on the car, because they were eager to sell it. I offered to pay cash and wanted an even better deal. After a few rounds of negotiations, Barry lobbied hard on my behalf with Ralph and was able to get close to my price. I walked out of the showroom without a deal. Barry continued to talk with Ralph to see if they can lower the price further. The next morning Barry called with an offer that was close enough to my price, which turned out to be several hundreds of dollars less than the best offer for a comparable car from another dealership. I finalized the pricing with Brian in Finance, who gave me a break on the extended warranty and protective coating. I would recommend Dayton Toyota to anyone in the market for a Toyota. More

Worst Toyota dealership. This dealership has officially surpassed any other business when it comes to giving THE WORST possible customer service. I was given a run around for This dealership has officially surpassed any other business when it comes to giving THE WORST possible customer service. I was given a run around for my repairs and the staff was rude and not assisting at all. Day 1 when I left my car at the service center for a repair, I HAD to call and ask the salesman if my car was done or what then next process would be. Service team member Christian was EXTREMELY rude to me on the phone and in person and didn't even let me speak or explain the issues I was having. After making 4 appointments for 1 repair and still not getting my cars job done, I decided it was best for me the approach another dealership. I am a very understanding person and have worked in customer service in the past so I know some customers can be a nuisance, however, this was a simple job and this team failed to deliver. Just a warning to everyone else planning to go here, there guys are by far the worst, won't recommend this location to ANYONE. Thank you. More

He did whatever he could to accommodate and answer all my question. So much so that I leased the vehicle with, after some negotiating, a lease price I could live with. He acted very professionally while maintaining a relaxed demeanor and made many trips back to the Sales Manager. If you happen to be in need of a new car, stop by and see Desmond. Buying a car could be a stressful experience depending on how big your wallet is but Desmond made it less so. More
