Seriously poor customer service I contacted the dealership to purchase a 2011 Lincoln Navigator on Friday, the 25 of March 2016. I am an out of state purchaser. The salesman invol I contacted the dealership to purchase a 2011 Lincoln Navigator on Friday, the 25 of March 2016. I am an out of state purchaser. The salesman involved was directed by the sales manager to not write up a sales order nor to take a deposit from me due to the fact that I was a cash purchase and that I was from out of the state. Repeated calls to the dealership's sales manager, David Oshry, refused to talk to me, and refused to return any of my calls. I have purchased vehicles all over the north east and have never been discriminated like this before. This dealership obviously employs individuals without character and employs a system of complete disregard for customer service and therefore cannot be trusted. Businesses whose main means of doing business is selling to the public should not discriminate against any segment of the public in the pursuit of that goal. This organization and its agents have violated the good faith in which customers and businesses come together to interact to the mutual benefit of both. I am deeply disappointed and troubled by the obvious disregard for customer service and the complete lack of professionalism by the sales manager David Oshry. While the owner of the company replied to my review it was incredibly pathetic. There was no concern whatsoever for my situation, how I was treated and no attempt to be conciliatory in any way. He said that he wished me well in my search for my next vehicle. In other words, "Don't let the door hit you in the a** when you walk out." An incredible collection of truly less than desirable individuals. More
