Christian explained all the costs etc. Can't be done much better. I will continue to bring in my '07 Camry for service and if I were in the market for a new car, would visit Dayton Toyota first. Keep up the good work-you have made me a believer. P.S. Especially impressive is the length of service of the employees, indicating a well run organization. Traditionally, owners went to a local independent shop to get this continuity and experience. More
Not welcoming and disappointing staff attitude. My wife and I went to showroom at 5:40 PM on a Saturday (12/12). We wanted to see only toyota corolla new cars and asked Mr Amir ahmed if he could sho My wife and I went to showroom at 5:40 PM on a Saturday (12/12). We wanted to see only toyota corolla new cars and asked Mr Amir ahmed if he could show. He showed us a car inside the showroom which was basic model with no features. He opened the door for me to sit and feel. He took us outside the showroom to show couple of cars. We asked us if we can see inside the car. He said he does not have the keys and cannot show!!! He showed us two cars in the dark where there was little light and did not show inside the car even when we insisted. His excuse was that he did not have keys. We wanted to know more about corolla latest edition in comparison to certified preowned cars with fewer thousand miles. He seemed ignorant or not interested. He was even sarcastically indicated to go see a Honda showroom if things did not workout in Toyota. We wanted to know the price of the car. We wanted to know what is the offer or price of the car can be once discounted. He showed no interest to help us get a price. If he thought we were bugging him at the end of his shift he could have at least had the courtesy to tell us alternatives to get what we wanted. Seemed like he wanted us get rid of us as soon as possible. Not sure if we he was helping or mocking us at times. We went to Dayton toyota to decide on the toyota corolla LE 2016 but we were disappointed with this kind of help we got. Very discouraging and unprofessional staff. More

I comfortably sat in the waiting room watching ESPN and had my choice of coffee, donuts, several different newspapers to read or the computer to access the Internet. My car was completed in 40 and they even washed it for me! Very pleasant surprise and excellent customer experience. More
