Rob helped us with our Corolla Sport purchase. We had orginally went to DCH of Freehold and after haggling back and forth (they would not budge much at all) we decided to leave. The same day we came to Dayton and met Rob, we told Rob that we were already at DCH and we kept haggling back and forth and we really do not want to do that again. We had a price that we wanted to pay (very reasonable) and we signed the deal within 15 mins of arriving all the dealership. This is all because of Rob's professionalism and honesty. While the saleswoman and manager were friendly it was very difficult to negotiate the price of the car. At times I was ready to walk out because I was frustrated by the responses that were given to when very difficult to negotiate the price of the car. I didn't and I still don't feel the amount of haggling should have been necessary during an advertised clearance event. While waiting to take delivery of my new car I could not help but over hear other customers who were with other salesmen and seemed to be going through the same hassle. More
