First visited Dayton Toyota for a gas pedal recall on my 2003 4Runner. While there met Bill Barton and took a test drive in a new 2011 4Runner and Highlander. I did NOT buy my car THIS time from Dayton Toyota, although 2 out of the last 4 times I bought cars (which were all Toyotas) were from Dayton. I did buy the car (2011 Corolla trading in my 2009 Corol although 2 out of the last 4 times I bought cars (which were all Toyotas) were from Dayton. I did buy the car (2011 Corolla trading in my 2009 Corolla) from another Toyota dealership because bottom line, they gave me a much better price. This dealership basically did not get my business because the sales / general manager Paul Sperco was $600 higher and would not be budged. It's a shame because Vicki Nowak the Internet business manager was wonderful to me when I spoke with her over the phone and my sales person Jeff Marcus was truly professional, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly and courteous in his dealings with me. He deserved a better fate because HE truly earned my business. I still would recommend this dealership, and certainly Jeff because I do believe they can all learn from this experience, and I know from my going to them in the past for service, that they truly take excellent care of their customers and do quality work.
