I did not wish to trade the car in for a Toyota as I was just selling the car and wanted to see daytons offer. I was told it was fine to come by for an appraisal at 5:30 pm to 6 pm April 14 2011. When I arrived I was asked what I wanted buy the receptionist in the service area next to the CPO cars but did not get name. Tall white male all I can say. I asked him if he can direct me to dmitry and I was told no and what for. I told him I wanted to get my car appraised to sell and was told to come down. He said he can't help me and just gave me a random number off his head for the car. Then was told to go sell the car at another dealership. Was very rude and would not direct me to dmitry so I had to call him and he had no idea I was looking to only sell my car even though I stated it on the email. I took off from work early so I could come to the dealer and work things out but was pretty much thrown out the door. Horrible experience and all I can say is goodluck to the dealer with that attitude I tried to be reasonable. More

This is by far the worst dealership experince I had. I had to drive their (2 hours) for them to say that the price they quoted over the phone and in email was not valid and I had to pay $4500 more than wh had to drive their (2 hours) for them to say that the price they quoted over the phone and in email was not valid and I had to pay $4500 more than what they mentioned over the phone. Straight LIARS ! Waste of my time ! They do not honour their own words and confirmations ! More
Worst customer service EVER! When calling about a Worst customer service EVER! When calling about a car advertised locally on South Jersey Craigslist, I was asked to make an appointment for six Worst customer service EVER! When calling about a car advertised locally on South Jersey Craigslist, I was asked to make an appointment for six hours later rather than coming in immediately, because they "pride themselves on excellent customer service", and wanted to make sure that "someone had time for me." The person with whom I had the appointment left for the day half an hour before I arrived, though I was on time. The salesperson I saw allowed me to "test drive" the car I wanted only as far as the other side of the parking lot, where he could show me a car that had just come in (for which they would be charging me a lot more), and then left me in the car to "go inside and get the keys". I watched him chat with two other salespeople inside, before coming back out with no keys, but saying that he "had an idea", and asking me to come inside. Though I had not yet agreed to purchase any car, he had me fill out finance paperwork, and then asked, "Have you considered leasing a new Camry?" No, I hadn't... I was there to buy a used car. One that he had not even let me drive farther than across the parking lot. As I was continuing to fill out paperwork, and revealed that I am divorced, he complained to me about how much alimony he was paying his ex wife, bragged about how much money he makes, and then asked if my ex-husband ever hit me. Didn't ask if I like my job, or how old my children are, or any other topics that would have been pleasant and acceptable... just if my ex was abusive. Wildly inappropriate! After running my credit, it came to my attention that there are items on my credit report that do not belong to me. I was surprised, but reacted calmly. While errors on my credit are certainly not his fault, again, his reaction was entirely inappropriate, saying "Well, it has your name on it, so it has to be yours", and "Nobody in his right mind would finance this. Don't waste my time." He then asked if I wanted to pay cash for the car. Though I have the cash to do so, I have no desire to give him any profit from my business after being treated so rudely! I called the manager, once on my way home, and again an hour later, and received no return call. I have called again this morning, and for a third time, was patched through to voice mail and have received no return call. For a company that reports to have such pride in their customer service, this is nothing above shameful. Not only would I never go there again, I would tell everyone I know to avoid this dealership like the plague. More
I came to the dealership with an idea of which car I was interested in. Bill was very friendly and treated me like the most important person in the show room from beginning to end. He was very patient with interested in. Bill was very friendly and treated me like the most important person in the show room from beginning to end. He was very patient with my questions (being a first time buyer) and made me feel much more comfortable with making my purchase. Most importantly I didn't feel rushed into anything as some dealers can make you feel. I would definitely recommend seeing Bill for your next purchase. More
My experience at Dayton Toyota is very positive. I have been using the service department for years. They are reliable and honest which are 2 qualities that I admire most. When I was looking to purchase been using the service department for years. They are reliable and honest which are 2 qualities that I admire most. When I was looking to purchase a car, the sales department was prompt at asking if I needed help and gave a very fair price on my purchase. The salesperson, Justin Astrin, followed up with me but was not an annoying person. He gave me time to make my decision about my purchase. I have always felt the service department was excellent and now that I've dealt with the sales department, I feel the same way about them. I would highly recommend Dayton Toyota for the sales and service departments. More
Everyone was very informed and helpful. They worked with me on both the price of my trade in and the cost of my new purchase. I was very pleased with their thoroughness and expertise. I had brought my car i me on both the price of my trade in and the cost of my new purchase. I was very pleased with their thoroughness and expertise. I had brought my car in to be serviced and found that the engine had seized. They accommodated me while I debated what was best to do (either repair or finance a new car). They made every effort to make sure I was happy with my purchase and that it would be affordable for me. I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Jeff. More

Having bought a Toyota several years ago from a different dealer; and having visited another dealer just prior to going to Dayton and having Max take care of me -- it was a relative pleasure. In just a very dealer; and having visited another dealer just prior to going to Dayton and having Max take care of me -- it was a relative pleasure. In just a very short time everything was taken care of to everyone's delight -- and Max as well as his superiors were a delight to deal with. Max was knowledgeable about the car (not at all like the salesperson from the previous dealer I went to) and it worked out very well for all of us. Leonard Machlis More
