My vehicle went in for repair late March, it was three weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. My vehicle ha weeks before it was looked at and I was told I had an issue with my transmission and the needed part would not be available until 2026. My vehicle had been in for service multiple times for the transmission in the past couple of years and I was told there was no problem. I had to purchase a new vehicle (unfortunately from them). The brand-new vehicle had minor scratches that could not be seen at night. I brought the vehicle back in the next day. I was told to bring it in to have the scratches buffed out. I spent a morning at the dealership, and it could not be done. I was told to bring the vehicle back in for a full day and the vehicle was not completed. I was given on old vehicle with over 230,000 miles for what was supposed to be just the weekend. On Monday no one called me, I tried several times to contact the service department to finally be informed that my brand-new vehicle was in the paint shop being repainted. Their service department has the worse customer service I have ever seen. They refuse to call you back or tell you what is happening with your vehicle. The first time I contacted the news. My salesperson Chris Stephenson was extremely helpful, and it was a pleasure to work with him, he gets five stars. More

I bought a 2020 Ford Explorer there, brakes squealed from day one, I spent 5 hours on 2 different Saturdays to get fixed and the brakes still make noise. One of the tire pressure monitors also stopped working, I went to Ford to see if they can reset it and they said I would have to buy a new one, so I called Dodge and they told me they wouldn’t fix it, that I would have to spend my money to get it fixed. I was promised at least twice that someone would call me back and they don’t call. I thought I was dealing with a reputable dealer but I was wrong. I will NEVER buy anything from them and hopefully my friends won’t either. So much for guaranteeing what they sell. More
