Bought 3 vehicles in three months. First trip to service dept on new 2026 JL went fairly well. Once i got the service writer Paul comfortable with me. Went back today 09/14/2026 . this visit was in no way the same experience. I was having issue understanding the loaner issues and was getting a bit frustrated . Service manager comes in tells me to stop hollering. Elevated voice is not hollering. Within 2 minutes the service manager warns me that he is going to punch me in my mouth and begins to insult me as he claims my breath stunk . then he escorted me out and told me to leave. Very bad experience. Will never go back and will at every chance not recommend them to anyone. Bought from this dealership all the way back to when Jim Peacock owned it. They can sell me over 125,000 in cars but cant get their service dept in order to service them carefree, such a fight. More

MAKE SURE THAT YOU RECORD THE COVERSATIONS AS WELL, AS I FEEL THAT THEY DELETE AND CHANGE THE RECORDINGS! I took my jeep for service, dropped it off on a Friday before vacation, lets just say that they nev FEEL THAT THEY DELETE AND CHANGE THE RECORDINGS! I took my jeep for service, dropped it off on a Friday before vacation, lets just say that they never looked at it until the Firday I was headed home, total waste of my time as I had to rent a car while they worked on it for another week, Also when Chris called to talk to me about the issues, what he said on the phone it was going to cost was totally different than what I was charged, and of course the recording - you never hear me repeating the cost just me saying yes to do the work - AMAZING. ALSO when I take my jeep to other dealerships for service, they run it through the carwash, not here the Jeep was dirty and the engine looked like it was never worked on they didn't even wipe anything off - I will not be back nor recommend them for service to anyone. More

do not EVER buy a car from Daytona Auto Mall CHRYSLER/Dodge/Jeep dealership... The service dept. keeps refusing to return our calls. Finally they called to say they found the problem and ordered the part.. After repeated, repeated, repeated calls, and speaking to the manager, they finally admitted the part is on back order.. I have Dr appointments I have been scrounging rides to get to... NOT ACCEPTABLE. More
