Don’t let them owe you anything they have a different excuse every time you call them. I pulled up and someone met me at my car within 20 seconds. I told them what I wanted. They said they would take care of it within 7-8 minutes they came and told me that my wiper blades needed to be r seconds. I told them what I wanted.
