These assurances were central to my decision-making process and were presented as firm commitments. However, upon finalizing the paperwork, I was shocked to discover that the agreed-upon terms were either materially altered or completely disregarded without explanation or disclosure. Despite multiple attempts to seek clarification and remedy through their staff and management, I was met with evasiveness, shifting narratives, and a complete refusal to acknowledge their prior representations. At no point was there any effort to resolve the discrepancy or uphold the integrity of the verbal and written promises that led to the sale. In legal terms, this constitutes a textbook example of **bait-and-switch tactics**, **negligent misrepresentation**, or at worst, **intentional fraud**. This dealership has demonstrated a troubling lack of transparency, professional ethics, and customer respect. Their practices reflect a blatant disregard for both consumer trust and regulatory standards governing fair business conduct. I strongly urge any potential customers to proceed with extreme caution. Document everything, demand all agreements in writing, and do not rely on verbal assurances of any kind. In summary, my experience with Daytona Dodge was not just disappointing—it was a complete betrayal of trust. I brought my Jeep in for warranty covered service to replace a failed fuel pump, and injectors; the second of two recalls for the fuel pump on the Diesel. Daytona Jeep dealer kept my vehicle for a month and a half, told me I had to go back to Hertz rent a car after a month to renew the contract, I'm assuming so they don't have to report me having the rental for so long. I got my vehicle back, it was not washed; still had grease smudges on the front fender, had a squeek when idling and they wanted to charge me for a new battery, after it was sitting on their lot in the hot Florida Sun for almost 2 months. My service advisor Paul did an ok job, but management and follow up are non existent at this dealer. I went in at the one month mark to talk to the manager Doug and he gave me updates for 2 days. On the third day dealing with him he didn't call me back so I called the dealer and they told me he no longer worked there. I was sent to another manager, who told me the same thing I was already told, and I was not offered any further follow up calls or texts or updates whatsoever. I bought the Jeep from this dealer, and would expect to be treated better as a valued customer. I was very unhappy with my whole experience at this dealer, and will never go back. More

This dealership had the exact Jeep that I was looking for with all of the options I wanted. After some texting back-and-forth with Joshua, we were able to come to an agreement on it. I live in Kentucky, so the dealership set up a third-party notary service to handle all of the paperwork so the only thing I had to do was show up at the dealership and pick up my new Jeep. It was very simple. I was able to make the most of my visit in Florida since my son lives there. I visited with him before driving back to Kentucky. It was a nice ride home, especially since the Jeep has massagers. Joshua checked on me several times to make sure I was enjoying my new ride and to see if I had questions. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Unbeknownst to me, I placed a call to her on her day off, not only did she take my call, but she even went into the dealership to resend the information about my service visit that my ISP clearly blocked for some reason. Like any dealership however, the parts and overall cost of service is astronomical. More
