Their prices were marked up, with addendums and not willing to negotiate over my trade or anything else. So, I started shopping on line. We all know inventory is slim everywhere. However, I found what I was looking for at Daytona Dodge, which is two hours from me. Talked to Sarkis right a way on the phone, then text and email. Reached a great deal in a short time. NO ADDENDUM either. What makes the dealership and the staff the absolute best is what happened next. When Sarkis went to put the sold sign on the vehicle he noticed it had a scratch on the passenger front door. He immediately sent me pictures and called me. WOW, anyone or anywhere else would have had me drive two hours only to be disappointed. Not Daytona Dodge. Next, the sales manger, TJ, calls me. TJ wants to make it right and offers me a truck with more options on it for the same price as the one we had agreed on. As you might imagine I was shocked and impressed. The new vehicle came in a few days later and I happily made the two hour drive. When I got there the vehicle was detailed, the paperwork was done and I was in and out in a few minutes. By the way the vehicle is perfect and really what I wanted all along. I can't express enough thanks to Sarkis, TJ, and everyone at Daytona Dodge. Don totally understood what I needed and was able to make it happen the same day and while I waited. The only negative thing I would mention is that I had to go to the dealership in order to find someone to talk to. Called for a couple of days without anyone willing to answer the phone. I did talk to parts on the phone...They answered and they were helpful. Once you get there the service department is great. More

I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change. I get to the service area for my scheduled oil change and they directed me to go to the express oil change area, and said that I didn’t need change. I go across the way into the customer waiting area, and no one is inside. 4 techs in the bay but no one acknowledges me. I go outside, they all look at me but no acknowledgment. I ask if someone is coming to the desk area and 1 replies he stepped out and but he’ll be right back. He comes in..I inform of my appointment he says, that I needed to specify type of vehicle since it’s not a Dodge or Chrysler because they don’t have the oil filter for my Ford truck. Will have filter on Monday, and will call me. So no oil change, And it’s Tuesday and still no call.. Very poor customer service, no one approached me with names, Drive 50 miles for unsatisfied experience More
