I scheduled an appointment a week in advance for an oil change. I get to the service area for my scheduled oil change and they directed me to go to the express oil change area, and said that I didn’t need change. I go across the way into the customer waiting area, and no one is inside. 4 techs in the bay but no one acknowledges me. I go outside, they all look at me but no acknowledgment. I ask if someone is coming to the desk area and 1 replies he stepped out and but he’ll be right back. He comes in..I inform of my appointment he says, that I needed to specify type of vehicle since it’s not a Dodge or Chrysler because they don’t have the oil filter for my Ford truck. Will have filter on Monday, and will call me. So no oil change, And it’s Tuesday and still no call..
