The female rep who answered the phone told me the advisors were busy and one was going home soon and other was finishing up with another customer. She stated to me she could take my name and number and would have him call me back shortly. Here it is Thursday almost a week later still no call back So today I call them back and them a second chance to ean my business only this time inquired about specific parts The parts department looked it up said they did not have in stock but could have it in on Saturday. So my next question was can you give me the part number and his reply was I can't do that because it's proprietary. I finished up my with him and called another dealship not only did furnish with information I needed but they even gave the part numbers but also offer to have for on Saturday as well. Now to me this show one dealer is all about good old customer service Where as Daytona doesn't share the philosophy of good customer service above and beyond More
Nothing but bait and switch I had 34 emails from Gina, the sales person. We discussed leasing a 2016 jeep renegade sport...went over options, monthly price, amount down, number I had 34 emails from Gina, the sales person. We discussed leasing a 2016 jeep renegade sport...went over options, monthly price, amount down, number of miles, monthly payment and trade in. When I asked her if she was certain she had vehicle in stock because the website said none in stock, she told me she actually quoted me on the jeep renegade latitude which was even nicer. I told her I would be in same day...when I got there she wasn't there so they gave me another salesman, Justin. I went over everything with him and he told me they didn't have any jeep renegade sports in stock and the latitude would be more expensive then what I was quoted.....$160 more per month! I asked for the sales manager and Paul came out...I explained all my emails and even showed them to him. I guess he didn't believe me so he went and pointedly of her emails. Then he said Gina made an "honest mistake" and he wanted to know how much more per month I could spend. This is classic BAIT AND SWITCH! I finally agreed on a Jeep Patriot and signed all the paperwork. Unfortunately I didn't pay attention and didn't realize they only gave me $3500 for my trade instead of the $5000they told me....my fault for not paying attention....I should have realized they were crooks and would not stick with what they told me. They are liars and I would NEVER go to this dealer again! More

Horrible dealership Never again will i buy a vehicle from this place. I have a 2016 dodge dart that broke down at 10k miles. The car was bone dry of oil after i just had the oil changed at the dealer 600 miles ago so they must of not filled it up. Then when i try to figure out whats going on nobody knows xxxx. They told me to call lisa to at 12 today so i could get belongings out of the vehicle and see how long it would take and when i did she didnt answer so i left a voicemail and she didnt get back to me either. Wish i could just get rid of the xxx car and go to ford More

My salesman is always a text or email away even after the purchase. I also use Daytona Dodge to service our vehicles even though there are other dealers closer to our home. More

Great service. Top Notch Sales Consultant I am a returning customer of Daytona Dodge and have dealt with one specific sales consultant over the years. I was called about my car I had purchased I am a returning customer of Daytona Dodge and have dealt with one specific sales consultant over the years. I was called about my car I had purchased about a year ago from a new consultant there. He asked me how I was liking my car and thanked me for being a valued customer and was very friendly and personable on the phone. He informed me of an opportunity to purchase a new vehicle that they had just taken in and asked if I might be interested in taking a look at it. Since I have been looking for this specific car for some time I was eager to come in and see what he could do for me. We ended up getting the car that I wanted and was able to stay within my budget while giving me a reasonable deal on my car I had purchased only a year ago! I highly recommend this dealership and especially the sales consultant Patrick Hanlon, he was very easy to get along with and made the entire process easy for me and my family! More

That being said, Cynthia is great, and the other staff I worked with (sales managers) are personable and easy to work with. Now with my job at DHS and being Past Commander of the VFW, American Legion, and a member of the Combat Vets, AmVets, Korean War Vets, Eagles, etc. I come into contact with people from the Governor, County Chair and vets almost daily.
