I have had a problem with my clutch master cylinder that is a known issue that many other dealerships diagnosed and fixed within days but has taken over a year with Daytona Dodge. And it wasn't until I had to get ahold of the BBB because the would not keep the car to see the issue. And because I wanted my clutch replaced after I put 40,000 miles on the car with a faulty part, they had Dodge customer care contact me and tell me I can no longer go to Daytona Dodge for service witch at the same time makes me loose my 10yr/100k warrant due to the fact it is only valid at that dealership.
