I went browsing for a car .with no intentions to purchase the same day . however after having a bad experience at kia . I call my mom she told me check out hyundai they always have good deals for your money an cars that will last you. so I did. with no appointment , no clue as to what I really wanted because I didnt have the greatest of credit an did not want to have an outrageous monthly payment . I meet Kim who thought I was her 3 pm appointment until I told her my name . she offered to help me and definitely did! Kim was upfront and honest she didn't force me to purchase anything I didn't like or want . she was very patience with me . we talked about new car vs used cars the pros an cons and most importantly what lenders look at . never the less we test drove the accent an I just knew it was the one . I didnt think I would like it because I was accustom to driving a bmw suv and I hated being low on the road . but what I can say is it's a beautiful feeling to have a full tank of gas for just $15 vs $45. Kim thank you so much for making my like just that much easier . between Kim and Ricardo I got a monthly payment I could afford an not be car poor and I now have a brand new car . thank you for all of your hard work and patience. if your in doubt but want a new car you should Definitely go to hyundai and see Kim. I promise you won't be disappointed. More

I had a bad experience. Had an appointment to buy a certain car. Showed up and not a single person was wearing a mask. Except for the receptionist who threw hers on as I came in the door. Then the salesman didn't even have the car on the lot. Not even a smile from him. I had to sit and wait for it. I took it for a test drive. Came back in and he was busy with another couple. He saw me standing there waiting. I had to interrupt them in order to get him aside to tell him I was not interested. I see he is not on the list below of sales people. He said he had been there 4 months. I'm a very personable person, especially when I have to negotiate with a salesperson. I will not be recommending this business. More
