Great Experience I was outside looking around and was approached by a gentlemen whom asked if I needed a salesperson and was approached quickly by Kimberly Dowdell, wh I was outside looking around and was approached by a gentlemen whom asked if I needed a salesperson and was approached quickly by Kimberly Dowdell, whom was wearing a mask as was I. I explained what I was looking for and she took me around and then invited me into the sales room. It was clean and comfortable and I was invited to coffee or water. I was introduced to each member of the team as we went to Kimberly's desk. They were all pleasant and approachable but at least 75% of the people working there were NOT WEARING MASKS! Please provide masks for all your staff and insist they wear them. It is a county regulation and we were all inside breathing the same air. The mask issue is very important to me and many people, I apologize for even mentioning it (although necessary) as everything else was EXCELLENT. More
