Our daughter was buying her first car on her own and after thorough research she decided on a 2020 Hyundai Kona Ultimate in Lime Twist. So, on 8/29/20, me, my husband and our daughter set out to Dayton after thorough research she decided on a 2020 Hyundai Kona Ultimate in Lime Twist. So, on 8/29/20, me, my husband and our daughter set out to Daytona Hyundai. We wanted to keep our business local rather than drive to Orlando and I am glad we did! From the time we pulled up, we were greeted with a smile and extremely helpful and accommodating staff. Regina Nicotra was our saleswoman and she was kind, attentive and knowledgeable. She and Jeremy got a lot of steps in that day and answered every one of our questions with the same patience as the first question. Once it was time to drill down on the financial end of the transaction, Alex the Finance Manager was great! He went the extra mile to get my daughter the best finance rate. All in all, the entire experience was very pleasant and my daughter walked away feeling really good about her first time car buying experience at a dealership. Not everyone is lucky enough to say that.... P.S. My husband and I may go back and get a Palisade! More
