When I went to another dealer, just to see what I could get for the car he pulled up another "car fax" document & informed me that the car had previously been side-swiped. Had I known this I would not have bought the car. I contacted Ralph & explained to him the situation & agreed the resale value would be less due to the side-swipe. He was to contact upper management & see what they could do for me & let me know. This was 2 weeks ago & nothing from them even after several reminder phone calls. I am most unhappy with this dealership!!!! NOT very professional. More

Offlease wanted to see $$$ in my bank account on my phone before they would accept a check... and I went 3 times to Toyota to buy a car after being a loyal customer for 10 years ...I felt this time that there was no service left and my loyalty n money was not valuable to them anymore. I stopped at Daytona Hyundai, and Regina Nicotra was so helpful, from start to end. She made the process so smooth and I felt like her help was more of a personal hep than someone trying to achieve number for themselves. She was extremely helpful and kind. Leo was the guy that finally got me to the number I was looking to spend. He made it work, how I'm not sure but he was genuine and you were right, it's good that offlease and my loyal toyota treated me the way they did, may be we needed the push to look for something new...Changes arent always a bad thing are they...Bought a car within budget, more warranty and better features..... couldn't make it anymore better than this.
