Fantastic Buying Experience We were faced with turning in a leased Santa Fe and ‘trading in’ a Sonata, which thanks to a dealer in Pennsylvania ripping us off, was financially ‘u We were faced with turning in a leased Santa Fe and ‘trading in’ a Sonata, which thanks to a dealer in Pennsylvania ripping us off, was financially ‘under water’. Our goal was to do a ‘2 for 1’ deal. When we arrived at the dealership, it was evident they were ready to work with us. Carl, our sales guy, was so patient with us and, wonders of wonders, actually listened to us. He talked about their inventory and which vehicle could provide the best deal & options for us. We test drove two vehicles before deciding on a 2019 Santa Fe. All the time Carl exhibited extreme patience with us and never pressured us to go with what was probably the better deal for his wallet. Once we made our final decision, Mike in fiancé took over. He reviewed all the numbers and at each point made sure we understood. Having purchased many,many vehicle in the past, this was clearly the most efficient and smoothest process I’ve ever been through. While we were dealing with the paperwork, Carl prepped the Santa Fe for us. When we came outside he was ready for us and went through a very extensive review of the vehicle’s features. Bottom line is that as we drove off, both my wife and I actually agreed that this was the most pleasant buying experience we have ever experienced. Thanks a bunch Daytona Hyundai !!!! More

He's honest and cares about his customers, and we refer people to him all the time. Leo is a facilitator, and a great guy to talk to. Let him know what you need and he finds a way to get it done. He is in charge of a great staff and they take their cue from him. We have simply been in the area and stopped into the dealership just to visit with Leo and Chris, that's how much we like them!
