There is NO question that I was treated with re The absolute BEST experience I have ever had & during a time in my life when I was most vulnerable.... There is NO question that I was treated with respect & very fair, actually it was better then fair. After explaining my circumstances, they jumped into action to help me instead of taking advantage of my situation (as an other place recently did & made me feel uneasy & unsure)... They actually looked out for me & went the extra mile... They worked hard for me & got me the best deal, financing & warranties they could get for me with a reasonable & affordable down pay, a great rate, at a monthly price I can afford & still breathe!!!! My salesperson Bill was awesome & did everything he could to find me what I needed. His personal touch & extra life advice made it even easier for me connect & to know that this was the right place to get my vehicle. Mike in Finance went WAY ABOVE & BEYOND what he needed to do to keep my payment where I needed it to be & in a vehicle that I preferred with warranty protection & some extra bonuses for my safety to give me the security that I seriously needed to have!!!! He went as far as requesting to speak to a supervisor at the finance company to plead my case & explain that I just needed help due to my current situation & my life crisis. Things he didn’t need to do He Did!!! I can’t express how relieved I felt knowing that they truly cared enough to work extra hard for me to get everything to secure me with a great safe beautiful vehicle. Working with them after I had just been working on a deal with a different local dealer where I was almost ready to sign off on a similar vehicle but something was telling me, stop & not to do it... that deal was almost final at a price a lot higher then I wanted, a larger down pay then I wanted to do, a higher rate & no extra warranty or security that made me feel comfortable should something arise. Yes to a vehicle but nothing else fell into place for me & the pressure to just sign & telling me it was my only option & if I don’t do it I might lose it & then not be approved again for anything at all scared me even more. Red Flags that made me go check another dealer. Bill & Mike at Daytona Hyundai did NOT do anything like that.... I was highly recommended by a friend to come here to talk to Mike & Bill... I just thank God I did!!! I never felt more comfortable buying a vehicle(have bought more then 12 vehicles in my life to date with & a couple without my husband), especially at this time in my life. After the recent loss of my husband, this was the first time in about 30 years I am purchasing a vehicle on my own & I am limited to just my survivors SSDI income so I needed to make sure I was making the best choice with best price, payment etc., to be able to financially manage my life. Mike & Bill made sure that this was done & that I was satisfied & happy!!!!! I definitely recommend anyone with &/or without any type of circumstances to give them the opportunity to show you what they can do for you before you buy from someone else. I know you will be treated fairly & honestly by “people” that truly care!! Definitely a family oriented dealership!! I even had my 3 1/2 year old grandson with me at the time & they were so great with him during the waiting process which made it even easier for me to do everything I needed to do without that extra stress. THANK YOU BILL & MIKE & everyone at Daytona Hyundai for EVERYTHING!!! My family will be back for their next vehicle. Oh... & btw I was able to get some sleep last night!!! Lol More

We had visited several dealerships prior to this, and were planning to make a couple of other stops, but felt very welcome when we entered. Larry was at an event with said car but Regina Nicotra immediately stepped up to take care of us, called Larry and found the paperwork he had started. Larry immediately returned from the event to show us the beautiful Genesis and took us for a test drive. Naturally, we fell in love with the car and Larry worked out a wonderful deal to make it happen for us. We appreciate the caring professional customer service we received from Larry Graves and Regina Nicotra. Their expertise was evident in all our dealings and they could not have been friendlier and more patient with all our questions. The time Larry took to explain the car features (sometimes over and over again) was astounding! We returned Monday for some more Genesis training and again the professionalism showed as we learned of more of the car's features. We also appreciate the finance department's handling of the account. Daytona Hyundai is definitely a high quality dealership that was a pleasure to buy a automobile from. I have had the pleasure of working with Roger Belue in purchasing three Sonatas over the past several years. On each occasion I was treated as if I were part of his family, Mr. Belue is a great listener, who is genuinely interested in learning your personal buying needs and is focused on helping you make the best decision. He is successful because he makes his customers comfortable and confident in his honesty and commitment to them rather than simply selling cars. He understands that if he treats all of his customers in this fashion he will be successful in not only selling them a car but also in garnering their repeat business. I also have had the occasion to use Daytona Hyundai's Service Department on numerous occasions. I also have found them to be similarly customer focused. They value your time, as well as attending to your car's service needs in a fairly priced and honest manner. It is clear to me that the success of this dealership as evidenced in both Sales and Service is due to their excellent management.
