Fast, friendly and efficient! I thought buying a car using Rolando’s help was going to be great experience. I don’t recommend this man at all if you’re looking to buy a car he’s the worst and lying sales person, he’s very tricky and he be great experience. We had a bad experience with a used Chevrolet Cruze. Car wasn’t clean, it was very dirt of marijuana smoking and he said he was going to send a detailing guy to get it done and guess what never happened I ended up doing it because I had to take my daughter to hospital because she suffered asthma cause of marijuana smoke. I got tired to call to dealership office and they didn’t do anything and on top of that after a month I had to wait they sent me my license plate after a mad call I made to the office because Rolando never gave me a solution about he kept saying you’ll get it soon. He’s very dishonest, he just to make his out of any cost. More

The service part was fine, but whoever drove my car left the seat all the way forward (I’m a big guy, almost broke my leg sliding in). They also re-tuned the radio to their preferred channel, and readjusted the seat all the way forward (I’m a big guy, almost broke my leg sliding in). As with any dealer, I got screwed because I am not in the business of ripping people off. I give you credit that your sales staff performs exactly as you want for your highest profit margin.
