I did not rate Chris Dupont with the Service Department since I arrived early for my appointment and he was at lunch. I also appreciated the fact that someone else (wish I had gotten her name) immediately consulted me about my service needs in a polite and professional manner. Obviously, it was through no fault of Chris that I was early. I would recommend that you add another option to the survey so that "Not Applicable" would be an appropriate response. When we called, Dayona Kia you were a brand new repair shop to us. We were ambivalent because of the treatment we received from a dealership we had been going to for years. We had a few places in mind shop to us. We were ambivalent because of the treatment we received from a dealership we had been going to for years. We had a few places in mind to call but we called Daytona Kia first. Tyler answered the phone and took the time to listen to our problem and to give us input on what it could be and estimated costs. He was very nice, and made us feel comfortable. An appointment was scheduled. We were still anxious because employees at the former dealer lied to us, and tried to push work on us that didn't need to be done. In addition after insisting we be there for an appointment at 10 am, they never even looked at the car until almost closing. It's very upsetting to have employees treat loyal customers like they are stupid, unimportant and try to take advantage of of them financially. We found Daytona Kia to be open, friendly, and honest. We are happy with the repair and intend to stay with this dealership. We sincerely hope your work ethics stay the same.
