Jennifer the service advisor is excellent with her customer service. My Sportage was acting crazy and she worked hard with the service technicians to get my car fixed right. Total waste of time! !! Salesman told me to come to dealership knowing he couldn't make the deal. I gave him my payment/ budget specifics over the phone. He wasted my time !! I live 30 mins away from the dealership and came straight after work. He didn't even have the decency to answer my call when I arrived at the dealership. Someone else had to call him to get him to acknowledge I was waiting to meet him like he asked me to do. When the other individual told him I arrived for my appointment he had another opportunity to be honest but failed to do so again. I came back to dealership after waiting on him for an hour, and at that time he was talking about an entire different set of numbers. If he was honest over the telephone initially we could have avoided the entire situation. No one's time would have been wasted. I asked him why did he tell me to come to the dealership knowing he couldn't close the deal; His response was his manager told him to have me come to the dealership. Totally unacceptable. More
