Albert was wonderful, but everything else was a mess from the original moment my car was ruined in the car wash there to 4 months later when the parts finally showed up. I arrived march 7th at my appt they set for me and they all looked like a deer in the headlights and had no clue why I was there. After being there almost an hour Parts came out and said my parts were in so they sent me on my way in a loaner, which smelled like an ashtray and felt like it was going to fall apart on the interstate not to mention the pieces parts hanging from the undercarriage and the torn up bumpers…and 4 days later when I hadn’t heard from them I called and the advisor said they were still waiting on parts???? Got ahold of Albert and he was a huge help and got to the bottom of it all and after them having my car for almost two weeks the trim was finally repaired on March 17th. Their parts department is a nightmare and was most of the issue but I was so disgusted by the whole ordeal I traded my car in two days ago for a different brand. More
