I have an extended warranty on my kia sorrento. I lived in Orlando for 4 years and took my vehicle to the dealership there, no problem. I also called the dealership in St. Augustine, and they had no problem confirming my warranty, either (with VIN number). However, at this dealership, they tell me they have no way to locate the extended warranty (even though 2 other dealerships found it, no problem). The people were not customer-service oriented. The receptionist gave me a questioning look. The service guy (Tyler) seemed unwilling to understand that other dealerships could quickly and easily find what he could not. I decided to risk driving my car an hour away rather than try to deal with the people here. The service guy did not express the slightest concern that I was going to be driving a vehicle that might not be safe. There is NO customer service here; compared to other dealerships, which have been wonderful. More
