I have an extended warranty on my kia sorrento. I lived in Orlando for 4 years and took my vehicle to the dealership there, no problem. However, at this dealership, they tell me they have no way to locate the extended warranty (even though 2 other dealerships found it, no problem). The people were not customer-service oriented. The receptionist gave me a questioning look. The service guy (Tyler) seemed unwilling to understand that other dealerships could quickly and easily find what he could not. I decided to risk driving my car an hour away rather than try to deal with the people here. The service guy did not express the slightest concern that I was going to be driving a vehicle that might not be safe. There is NO customer service here; compared to other dealerships, which have been wonderful. More
