We lost our Kia key and called your dealership to ask how to get one made. You said we would have to have it towed to your dealership, you would order a key immediately, and then it would be programmed.. w to get one made. You said we would have to take it to another dealership to have it programmed. We should have been told this from the start since we gave you all of the info about the car (year, make, etc.). This was due to your incompetence. We came back to your dealership a month later to look at purchasing a new car to get an idea as to cost, but wouldn’t purchase one from you because of what happened. The salesman was fine. More

I took my 2013 kia sorento in for service of 5 recalls. When I got my vehicle back I was missing all the screws for the front splash guard. The engine splash guard was missing. Several connectors had been broken on my engine wiring harness and one of the boxes was broken off and glued back on on the air intake hose. They returned my car in worse shape than when it went in. When I took it back they did absolutely nothing about any of the issues I had. More
