Brought my Kia Sorento 2017 in for a maintenance problem and free oil change that a local dealership said came with the sale. The FCA system didn’t work and the free oil change cost me 50$ since this wasn’t and free oil change that a local dealership said came with the sale. The FCA system didn’t work and the free oil change cost me 50$ since this wasn’t the KIA dealership that I purchased the vehicle from and the FCA system wasn’t repaired. Brought the car back and this time they said it was the battery needed to be replaced and the warranty was no good anymore. 280$ later, I brought the car back and the FCA system still wasn’t working and they said because of small left fender crunch I had 2 years ago, the warranty wasn’t valid anymore and I should trade it in and buy a new car from their dealership. This all made perfectly good sense so I bought a new KIA! More
